Kevin Mishoe serves as Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Operations for Absher Wealth Management. An Orange County native, Kevin brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, helping individuals and families navigate complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence.

Kevin graduated from Appalachian State University with dual degrees in Finance and Banking and Risk & Insurance. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and is well versed in comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and insurance analysis. His background includes time spent with North Carolina Farm Bureau and MetLife Financial Services, where he developed deep knowledge reviewing and evaluating insurance policies as part of an overall financial strategy.

Kevin has been with Absher Wealth Management since 2015 and plays an integral role in both client service and firm operations. His approach emphasizes disciplined planning, prudent risk management, and clear communication, always with a focus on acting in the best interests of clients.

Kevin lives in Hillsborough with his wife, Torey, and their two children. Outside of the office, he enjoys fishing and golf and stays busy as both a hockey dad and dance dad.
